Made-to-order items
Because each TipsyTee item is made to order, we can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size choices, or orders placed by mistake.
When we can help
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order arrives with a printing issue
- You received the wrong item
If any of these happen, email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@tipsytee.eu and include your order number plus clear photos.
Refund timing
Once we’ve checked the issue and approved your claim, your refund will go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
